Bake or Die Bounty Hunter
Late S or A gun kit at 450 Gold Nuggets: Pump Shotgun, civilian Cash, and Double Bounty at level 3.
Bounty Hunter is Bake or Die’s 450 Gold Nugget gun class. You buy it in the lobby Class Shop, you spawn with a Pump Shotgun, and the shop stamps it as 6-pie rarity. The kit pays Cash for civilians you save and bosses you drop, then stacks gun perks that look a lot like a deluxe Gunslinger. Gunslinger costs 65. This costs 450. That gap is seven Gunslingers, or almost two Bombasticas, or a Wizard down payment.
It plays as late S or A: strong if the diner already lives, greedy if you skipped the 65 Nugget S-tier to own a shotgun portrait. Weapons ranks for the pump, the Minigun, and the rest of the Cash ladder sit on the weapons tier list. Boss payouts only matter if you can actually beat bosses. Servers still hold 32 players. Cash is in-run. Gold Nuggets are lobby. There are still no codes. Big Bakers launched on 5 April 2025 and was still pushing the place on 6 September 2026.
Pump Shotgun and bounty Cash
You spawn with the Pump Shotgun. It is a close-hold gun, not a sniper. Funnel work is its job. Buy later rifles with the Cash the class prints; do not sell the pump on Night 1 to upgrade into a dry SMG. Keep a second gun when pies allow so reload windows do not eat the doorway.
Level 1 Bounty Rewards is why the row exists: $1000 per civilian saved and $2500 per boss, gun recoil reduced 35%, guns reload 35% faster. The reload number matches Gunslinger’s level 1. The recoil number is smaller than Gunslinger’s level 3 (67% reduced). The Cash is the unique line. Civilians are the NPCs you pull out of houses and side buildings; walk the map so you stop missing the cheap $1000 because you never left the diner street.
Boss money is the spike. Evil Chicken, Biggie Cheese, the Evergreen scientist, and later Food Factory names all pay if you are the one on Bounty Hunter when they die. Squads should not all stack the class and then argue who got the credit. One hunter, one Doctor, one wave-clear.
Level perks
Level 1 — Bounty Rewards. $1000 per civilian, $2500 per boss, 35% less gun recoil, 35% faster reloads. This perk is the kit. A hunter who never leaves the diner for NPCs bought a slower Gunslinger at seven times the price. Reload is on immediately, which is the only part that plays like a 65 Nugget class.
Level 2. Guns deal 24% more damage, and there is a 10% chance ammo is not used. Gunslinger waits until level 3 for +24% damage and puts the ammo save on level 2. Bounty Hunter front-loads the damage. The 10% save is why a Pump Shotgun and later a Minigun stay fed. Do not build a whole night on the proc; build a night on not running dry.
Level 3 — Double Bounty. Guns deal 6% more damage on top of the level 2 bonus. Civilian payouts go to $2000. Boss payouts go to $5000. This is the breakpoint where a clean Day 6 chicken funds an SMG by itself. If you never play the class to level 3, you paid 450 Nuggets for a pump and a $1000 NPC. Level 3 is the 6-pie stamp earning its icon.
Gunslinger at 65 versus this kit
Gunslinger starts with a Revolver, reloads 35% faster at level 1, saves ammo at level 2, and at level 3 deals 24% more gun damage with 67% less recoil. Bounty Hunter starts with a bigger gun, pays you to rescue and to boss, reloads the same 35% at level 1, hits +24% damage earlier, and never matches the recoil stamp.
Buy Gunslinger first. Always. Sixty-five Nuggets of reload on dual $150 Revolvers will beat a 450 Nugget shotgun you cannot afford yet. After Gunslinger is owned and Bombastica is owned or skipped on purpose, Bounty Hunter is the gun alt for players who walk the map, save civilians, and show up to named fights.
Do not skip Gunslinger because 6-pie rarity looks rarer. Rarity is a shop icon. Sixty-five Nuggets is a night. Gladiator at 75 cannot pick up guns at all, so it is not in this comparison. Necromancer at 300 is a summon fork. This row is a gun fork with civilian homework.
July 2026 guns and bosses
The July 2026 Food Factory showcase added a six-barrel Minigun, a peanut zombie, and raid bosses: Grimcrust Supreme, Dr. Vincent Green, and The Fermented One. Bounty Hunter wants that update more than Baker does. The Minigun is an Exo-tier Cash sink; bounty payouts are how you feed it without starving turret plates. Peanut zombies are another head on the street, not a reason to dump the pump. Factory bosses are $2500 or $5000 checks if you actually finish them.
Read the latest update recap for what is in the live build versus what a July clip showed. The Roblox stamp on 6 September 2026 proves the diner is still patched; it does not print a new bounty table. There are still no codes that refund 450 Nuggets. If a patch retunes payouts, this page will move. Until then, treat $1000 / $2500 at level 1 and $2000 / $5000 at level 3 as the kit.
When 450 Nuggets is a mistake
You do not own Gunslinger. You do not leave the diner in the day. You wipe before Day 6, so boss Cash is theoretical. You wanted a Pump Shotgun more than you wanted dual Revolvers and a living generator. Wizard at 600 is a different mistake: spells instead of bounties, still not a first buy. Repairman at 20 is a cheaper wrong click. Bounty Hunter is only correct when the map is a route you already run.
Solo beginners should still climb Juggernaut 30, Gunslinger 65, Bombastica 250. Squads insert a Doctor at 75. Insert Bounty Hunter after that spine, when civilians are a habit and bosses are appointments. A 6-pie icon in the lobby does not aim, reload, or walk to the next house.
The Pump Shotgun is a 450 Nugget receipt for a diner that already walks the map. Level Double Bounty, cash the civilians, spend the boss check on ammo, and stop treating 6-pie rarity as a substitute for the 65 Nugget class you should have bought in week one.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for diner nights, classes, and pie sells.
How much does Bounty Hunter cost?
450 Gold Nuggets in the lobby. It is a 6-pie rarity gun kit with a Pump Shotgun. Cash cannot buy it and there is no promo code.
What does Bounty Rewards pay?
Level 1 pays $1000 per civilian saved and $2500 per boss, plus 35% less recoil and 35% faster reloads. Level 3 Double Bounty raises those payouts to $2000 and $5000.
Is Bounty Hunter just a better Gunslinger?
No. Gunslinger at 65 is the cheapest S-tier and has stronger recoil reduction at level 3. Bounty Hunter is a 450 Nugget shotgun kit with civilian and boss Cash. Buy Gunslinger first.
Do the gun perks apply to the Minigun?
Yes. Damage, reload, ammo save, and recoil perks apply to later shop guns including the six-barrel Minigun added in the July 2026 Food Factory showcase. Feed it with bounty Cash, not Night 2 panic.
What did the July 2026 update add for this class?
A six-barrel Minigun, a peanut zombie, and Food Factory bosses (Grimcrust Supreme, Dr. Vincent Green, The Fermented One). Bounty payouts make those fights and that gun affordable if you finish them.
Should I skip Bombastica to buy Bounty Hunter?
Only if you already hate explosives and you walk civilians every morning. Most accounts want Gunslinger, then Bombastica, then this 450 Nugget gun alt.
