This log is a running timeline, not a marketing recap. Bake or Die launched on Roblox on 5 April 2025 as a free 32-player diner-survival game from Big Bakers. It is still in active alpha. Official write-ups, when they exist, appear in Discord #out-the-oven. Headlines sometimes repeat as Big Bakers group shouts. The Roblox place page only shows that a version shipped.
Every row below is tagged. Confirmed means a dated Discord note, a Roblox event page, or a group shout that names the feature. Community means creator footage or player reports. Stamp only means the Roblox updated time moved and the notes were not public. Join the official Discord before you treat a rumor as a patch.
2025 — launch year
5 April 2025 — Launch (confirmed). Bake or Die goes live. Core loop is already the diner you play now: kill zombies, grind corpses, mix six-slot pies, sell for Cash, hold the night, spend Gold Nuggets in the lobby on classes. Servers cap at 32. There is no code box at launch, and none has appeared since. Public Discord archives for the rest of 2025 are thin on this wiki; treat 2025 as the live game plus undocumented hotfixes unless a later note says otherwise.
If you are reconstructing a 2025 clip, expect fewer classes, no Sewers, no Science Facility, no Bombastica, and no Food Factory. The diner street and the pie line were already the session.
Early 2026 — areas and bosses
7 February 2026 — Initial 2026 patch (confirmed, Discord / nezuo). Crafting limits on some items. Pie Cash scales up when more players share a server. Christmas content removed. Pro Lobby removed. Baker perk that sells pies for more money is fixed.
14 February 2026 — Sewers (confirmed, Discord / marinatedsushi). New area unlocks at Day 11. Boss: Biggie Cheese the Rat King. New enemies: Sewer Rat, Thief Rat, Radioactive Rat. New ingredients: Cheese, Rat Meat, Radioactive Rat Meat. New pies: Radioactive Pie, Cheese Pie. This is the first post-launch map expansion and the reason Day 11 still feels like a second game.
13 March 2026 — Evil Chicken and Technician (confirmed, Discord / liltreeha, Roblox event). Evil Chicken appears on Day 6. Technician class ships. Advanced Turret blueprint. Ingredients: Egg, Chicken, Radioactive Egg. Revive Kit starts appearing in overworld chests. The Day 6 boss is still the first named fight most squads see.
28 March 2026 — Evergreen Science Facility (confirmed, Discord / liltreeha, Roblox event). New gated location with a fence code. Boss: Mutated Evil Scientist. Beating him unlocks day-skip plus the Reconstructor Machine blueprint. Mushroom Zombie. Raygun. Reconstructor upgrades guns with unique skins. Highest systems density of any single 2026 patch before Food Factory.
April 2026 — class season
4 April 2026 — Doctor and Easter (confirmed, Discord / liltreeha, Roblox event). Doctor class. Seasonal Easter Egg ingredient. Manual reloading. Visual bullet tracers. New zombie wave system. Community and later notes also place a Rat King nerf in this window — the Sewer boss is easier than February footage.
11 April 2026 — Necromancer and referrals (confirmed, Discord / liltreeha, Roblox event). Necromancer with Undead Staff (soul absorb, summoned zombies). Invite-friends referrals pay nuggets. Performance pie fixes. Tall Shelf deposit prompt only shows when you look at it. Game-over timer pauses during a revive purchase. See Necromancer.
18 April 2026 — Bombastica (confirmed, Discord / liltreeha, Roblox event) plus same-day hotfix (confirmed, Discord / nezuo). New class with Kaboom Cannon. Lobby class mannequins. Mixer grid and station drop lines improved. Hotfix: Bombastica levels from explosive pies mixed, not baked, and explosions can hit large bosses. This is the damage ceiling most tier lists still use. 25 April 2026 — Eggplant and Orange Zombie (confirmed, Discord / liltreeha). Two new zombie variants. Leaderboard fixes for top nights and session time. Kaboom Cannon no longer flings corpses across the map. Tutorial step and rusty-barrier hardlock fixes.
May— –une 2026 — economy, mobility, poison
2 May 2026 — Bank, Vault, Unicyclist (confirmed, Discord / liltreeha). New buildings: Bank, Vault. Banker civilian. Golden Carrot Zombie. Furniture Store for diner tables, chairs, and the Storage Shelf (shelf leaves the blueprint table). Wrench blueprint moves placeables. Unicyclist class added.
8 May, 15 May, 9 June, 15 June 2026 — stamps only. Roblox updated times moved. #out-the-oven notes were not readable for this wiki. No class, boss, recipe, or code is confirmed for those four stamps. Do not invent contents.
19 June 2026 — Exterminator (class confirmed via Roblox event; perks community). Poison class, Blowpipe starter, later lists put the price at 55 nuggets. Community reports in the same window: Unicycle flying removed, NPC cutscene fixes, Necromancer summon AI improvements, mobile/gamepad aim assist. Perk numbers (stronger poison, spread on death, bonus damage to poisoned targets) are community-reported until Discord quotes them.
July— –September 2026 — factory raid and a silent stamp
July 2026 — Food Factory (community showcase). New raid Food Factory. Bosses: Grimcrust Supreme, Dr. Vincent Green, The Fermented One. New pies. New weapon: Minigun. Floppy Disk / Baker’s DVD from the Mutated Scientist unlocks a diner-computer keycard. Public creator video is the source; this wiki has not seen a matching pasted Discord changelog. 18 July 2026 — Wizard and login rewards (community / Roblox event window). New class: Wizard (600 Nuggets, Wizard Staff). Login exclusives: Scavenger, Scientist. Login gun skins (Junkyard Sawed Off, Prototype Raygun). Shop: first aid added; bandages 10 to 25 cost, 25 to 20 healing; Minigun 150k to 40k. Tutorial buys a Revolver instead of a rolling pin. Dough-man spike nerf. Gunslinger starter listed as a pistol. See Wizard.
6 September 2026 — stamp only. Last Roblox updated time on this check. Details unpublished. The diner is still live, still 32 players, still no codes, still alpha. When notes appear, they belong in this list with a tag, not as a guess in the headline.
How to use the log in a real run
Read newest-to-oldest only if you already know the diner. New players should read oldest-to-newest so Sewers and Evil Chicken are not surprises on Day 6 and Day 11. After any class row, open the class picker before you spend nuggets. After any ingredient row, open pie recipes. After any boss row, open Beat Bosses.
This page will not merge four silent May/June stamps into a fake “summer update.” It will not list codes. It will not call a YouTube title official. If Discord and a creator disagree, the Discord date wins. If Discord is silent, the row stays stamp only.
Print this log only after you check Discord; a Roblox timestamp without notes is a reminder to load the diner, not a recipe for a new pie.
