Bake or Die Complete Class Roster
Costs, starters, and perk lines for every lobby kit, including login exclusives.
This is the Bake or Die class roster: every kit you can equip, what it costs in Gold Nuggets, what you spawn with, and what the three perk levels actually do. Rankings live on the class tier list. If you want a filter instead of a table, use the class picker. Featured write-ups: Juggernaut, Gunslinger, Gladiator, Bombastica, Doctor, Wizard, Necromancer, Exterminator, Gardener, and Bounty Hunter.
Costs follow the 31 August 2026 Sportskeeda shop dump. Servers still hold 32 players. Cash from pies does not buy these rows. There are still no codes. Login exclusives are marked so you do not save Nuggets for a door that will not open.

How to read a row
Nuggets are the unlock price, paid once in the lobby. The starter is in your hotbar on every match with that class equipped. Perks unlock as you level the kit in-run; a Baker who never hits level 2 never gets the sell bonus. Restrictions matter as much as bonuses. Gladiator’s “cannot pick up guns” line is not flavor. If you want the weapons buy order, do not buy Gladiator.
Level breakpoints are why cheap kits can still be correct. Juggernaut’s +100% HP is a level 1 perk, so the 30 Nugget spend works the first night you equip it. Gunslinger’s reload perk is also level 1, which is why it is the cheapest S-tier on the tier list. Bombastica’s Overcharge is level 3, which is why the 250 Nugget class is a project, not a stamp.
Economy, combat, support
Economy rows are Baker, Butcher, Gardener, Scavenger, and Bounty Hunter. Baker prints bake speed. Butcher prints ingredients off corpses, which feeds pie recipes. Gardener prints plants at 200 Nuggets, a price that fights Bombastica for your pile. Scavenger prints scrap if you own the login kit. Bounty Hunter prints Cash off civilians and bosses at 450 Nuggets, which is a lot of Gunslingers.
Combat rows are Juggernaut, Exterminator, Ninja, Gunslinger, Gladiator, Unicyclist, Bombastica, Necromancer, Wizard, and Mad Scientist. That is a wide band. Juggernaut is HP. Gunslinger is guns. Gladiator is melee with a gun ban. Bombastica is explosives. Necromancer is minions. Wizard is 600 Nuggets of spells. Mad Scientist is a login Hand Cannon. Pick one lane and level it.
Support rows are Medic, Repairman, Technician, and Doctor. Medic is the 15 Nugget bandage kit. Doctor is the 75 Nugget squad kit. Technician is the turret carpenter and the reason Auto Turret shows up on both this page and the weapons list. Repairman is the hammer. Most squads want one Doctor or one Technician, not four Repairmen.
Beginner spend, mapped to this table
Start at Juggernaut (30) if nights currently kill you. Move to Gunslinger (65) when you can keep a Revolver loaded. Save for Bombastica (250) when the oven can make explosive pies. Squads insert Doctor (75) as soon as people stay down. Melee mains take Gladiator (75) or Butcher (40) and ignore the Revolver column. Skip Repairman, skip rushing Wizard, skip waiting for Scavenger. Farm Nuggets on the nuggets guide if the table is still theoretical.
Unicyclist at 150 is the trap in the middle of the list. It looks like a big purchase, it used to fly, and the 19 June 2026 patch took the sky away. Speed is still real. It is not a Bombastica substitute. Gardener at 200 is the other trap: a farm class priced like a carry.
After the table
Use the roster to name the kit. Use the tier list to price the kit. Use the picker if you cannot decide between “I want guns” and “I want the diner to live.” Then play the class until level 3 before you judge it. A level 1 Necromancer with zero souls is a night-vision stick. A level 3 Necromancer with a full army is why the row costs 300.
Print the cost column in your head: 30, 65, 250 is the default climb, and every other row is a detour you should be able to name before you tap buy.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for diner nights, classes, and pie sells.
Which class is the cheapest real upgrade?
Juggernaut at 30 Nuggets for double HP, then Gunslinger at 65 for gun perks. Baker at 10 is cheaper but C-tier economy, not a night carry.
What does Gladiator’s gun restriction mean?
You cannot pick up firearms. Steel of Mars and Blood stacks are the kit. If you want Revolvers and an SMG, buy Gunslinger instead.
Are Scavenger and Mad Scientist in the shop?
No. Both are login exclusives. Scavenger uses the Scrap Magnet. Mad Scientist uses the Hand Cannon. Everyone else is a Nugget purchase.
Does Technician replace buying turrets?
It starts you with an Auto Turret and unlocks the Advanced craft at level 3. You still spend Cash on turret ammo. Read the weapons list for placement value.
Why buy Doctor instead of Medic?
Doctor at 75 Nuggets brings stronger heals, revive tools, night regen, and splash healing. Medic at 15 is a bandage starter. Squads should pay for Doctor.
Where do I see S-tier grades for these rows?
On the class tier list. This roster is the fact sheet; the tier list is the buy advice.
