Beat Bake or Die Bosses

Day 6 chicken, sewers, Evergreen Science Facility, and later Food Factory raids — kits, drops, and class picks.

Beat Bosses

Bosses are why Night 5 exists. If the diner is still standing, Day 6 opens the first named fight and the rest of the map starts to matter. Bake or Die is live and still adding raids, so treat this page as the confirmed ladder plus later showcase fights. After a patch, skim Latest Updates before you argue drops.

Prep that applies to every boss

Hold the night funnel the evening before. Bank six-slot pies so Cash covers ammo. Bring dual Revolvers at minimum; Sawed-Off or SMG ($1,250) for Day 6; Exo Rifle (~$14,500) and Ray Gun when you have them. Feed Auto Turrets. Assign roles on a 32-player server: one kite, one burst, one Doctor.

Class picks: Bombastica Level 3 is the wave-clear and boss-chip pick — Kaboom Cannon, guaranteed Fire Zombies, Overcharge with explosion resist and infinite launcher ammo for 20 seconds. Doctor at 75 Nuggets is the squad kit (bandages, First Aid, Revive Kit, group heal at Level 3). Gunslinger is the budget DPS if Bombastica is still 250 Nuggets away. Gladiator cannot pick up guns — leave them on adds, not on a ranged chicken. Necromancer can dump summoned undead into a boss arena if your squad wants bodies on the floor that are not yours.

Evil Chicken — Day 6

First boss, after Night 5. It dashes, breathes fire, and summons smaller chickens. Keep distance; Sawed-Off punishes close dashes, rifles punish the breath window. Drops Egg, Chicken, and Radioactive Egg. Those ingredients open late recipes and the Five Star Flavor badge — do not eat them as a two-slot panic pie unless Cash is zero. This fight is the gear check for your funnel. If Night 5 Blood Moon already breached you, postpone the chicken until walls exist.

Moopocalypse and Doomberry

Walkthroughs (including the video on this page) show Moopocalypse the day after Evil Chicken. Community notes list milk, chocolate milk, and a sewer key among its drops — do not skip it because the names sound like grocery loot. The key is the sewers.

Doomberry shows up in the same full-game clears. Expect a charge that grabs and throws on a hit (and slams on a miss) plus a spray of blue lasers. Kite sideways, do not tank the grab. Fruit drops (apple, doomberry, grape, strawberry, blueberry) are recipe fillers, not a reason to stand still.

Biggie Cheese, the Rat King — Sewers Day 11+

Sewers open around Day 11. Sewer Rats and Radioactive Rats add Cheese and Radioactive Rat Meat to the grind. Biggie Cheese summons rats. After the April 2026 nerf it is a mid fight, not a brick wall, but a messy arena still wipes a squad that ignores adds. Community drops include cheese and the Auto Mixer blueprint, which parks overflow for the next pie — an economy item, not a trophy. Clear adds, then burst the king. Bombastica pies help; Doctor keeps the corpse runners up.

Mutated Evil Scientist / Mad Scientist — Evergreen Science Facility

The facility sits behind a fence code. This is the hard gated fight: base form, then a nastier second phase. Drops Ray Gun blueprint, Reconstructor Machine blueprint, and the day-skip unlock. The Ray Gun is crafted at the blueprints table (or assembled from Barrel, Core, Gage, and Handle on the map). It is not a floor pickup. Bring explosion-safe Bombastica Level 3 if you have it, a Doctor, and enough Cash that a wipe does not also starve the diner. This is the run’s power spike: Ray Gun plus day-skip change how long you live in the loop.

Food Factory raids — later showcase

A July 2026 Food Factory showcase added raid-style bosses: Grimcrust Supreme, Dr. Vincent Green, and The Fermented One. Unlock path (Floppy Disk, diner computer, keycard) lives on Food Factory. Treat these as later-game / raid content on top of the diner ladder, not Night 6 homework. Kits still want Bombastica clear, Doctor support, and whatever new guns shipped with that update (Minigun showed in the same showcase; Za Vonderblaste showed in the weapon walkthrough). If a drop table shifted, Patch Notes beat a month-old video.

Event-limited bosses (scarecrow, snowman, turkey) have appeared in older seasons. Do not stall a live run waiting for a retired event if the diner ladder is open.

Walk into Day 6 with a funnel, two guns, and a plan for the egg. Walk into the facility with a Doctor and a reason to craft the Ray Gun. Walk into Food Factory only after the diner prints $55 pies without thinking. Bosses in Bake or Die are gated mornings, not random world spawns you stumble into while a Blood Moon eats the generator. If your squad wipes, you usually skipped ammo, skipped heals, or spent Bombastica pies on Night 4 trash. Restock, read the latest update blurb, and pull the same boss on a diner that still has walls.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Evil Chicken appears on Day 6 after you survive Night 5. Prep the funnel and a Sawed-Off or SMG on Survive Nights before you walk out.

What does Evil Chicken drop?

How do I get the Ray Gun?

Defeat the Mad Scientist / Mutated Evil Scientist in Evergreen Science Facility for the blueprint, or assemble Barrel, Core, Gage, and Handle on the map. Craft it at the blueprints table.

Which class is best for bosses?

Bombastica Level 3 for damage and Overcharge. Doctor at 75 Nuggets for squad heals and revives. Gunslinger if you cannot afford 250 Nuggets yet.

When do the sewers and Biggie Cheese open?

Around Day 11. Moopocalypse is reported to drop the sewer key after Evil Chicken. Biggie Cheese drops cheese and, in community reports, the Auto Mixer blueprint.
