Bake or Die Pie Recipes

Six slots, $11 versus $55, premium meats, and why Explosive Pies feed Bombastica better than panic singles.

Pie Recipes

Every Bake or Die run is funded by pies. Weapons, walls, turret ammo, and boss prep all come from Cash, and Cash comes from the shelf. This page is the six-slot math, the ingredient table, and the night-by-night bake plan. For station order and corpse spoilage, stay on How to Play. For a live mix, open the Pie Calculator in another tab.

Six-slot math

A pie has six ingredient slots. A one-slot Savory Meat Pie sells for $11. A six-slot Savory Meat Pie sells for $55. That is not six times the work for six times the money — it is one oven cycle and one shelf trip for five times the Cash. Six singles would theoretically net $66, but they cost six bakes you do not have before sundown.

Fill every slot you can. A four-slot pie is better than a one-slot pie, and a six-slot pie is the default once Night 2 leaves enough corpses. Premium ingredients raise the ceiling further; they do not replace the rule that empty slots are wasted oven time.

Baker at 10 Nuggets is the cheapest economy class: Cutting Board, +50% bake speed at Level 1, then +5% / +10% sell price at Levels 2— . Baker will not win Night 6 for you, but on a 32-player server one Baker turns the same meat into more Cash while Gunslinger and Bombastica hold the door.

Read the zombie before you shoot. Modified heads telegraph the grind.

Official Roblox badge Five Star Flavor is a pie with six unique ingredients. That is a badge goal, not your Night 2 default. Night 2 still wants six Zombie Meat if that is all you have.

Night-by-night baking

Night 1. Few corpses. Bake whatever you can fill. A two-slot pie that actually reaches the shelf beats a planned six-slot tin that never cooks. Dual Revolvers ($150 each) are the Cash target, not a gourmet menu.

Nights 2— . You should have enough Zombie Meat for full $55 Savory pies. Stop baking singles. Start the oven, grind the next body while it cooks, shelf immediately. This is also when Baker’s speed perk starts to matter.

Nights 4— . Fire Zombies appear more often. Pull Explosive Meat. Blood Moon nights (every five nights) dump extra bodies — that is a baking windfall if you collect before spoil. SMG at $1,250 is the Gunsmith goal; pies pay for it, not the other way around.

Day 6 (Evil Chicken). Bank Egg, Chicken, and Radioactive Egg. Do not dump Radioactive Egg into a two-slot panic pie unless the diner is already funded. After the fight, return to six-slot tins with the new fillers.

Day 11+ sewers. Cheese and Radioactive Rat Meat from rats and Biggie Cheese belong in full premium pies. Auto Mixer blueprint (from the Rat King, per community drops) is an economy upgrade: it mixes for you and parks overflow for the next tin.

If Cash is flat across two mornings, you spoiled corpses, baked singles, or left pies off the shelf. Those three mistakes look identical in the shared bank.

Baker synergy and Explosive Pies for Bombastica

Baker is C-tier combat and S-tier kitchen. Assign Baker to mixer and oven. Assign Butcher (40 Nuggets, Chainsaw, later double-ingredient chance) to corpses. Everyone else shoots.

Bombastica at 250 Nuggets starts with the Kaboom Cannon, which uses Explosive Pies as ammo. Level 1 guarantees a Fire Zombie every night and boosts explosive pie radius. That is a closed loop: spawn Fire Zombie, grind Explosive Meat, mix one Explosive Meat + one Zombie Meat into an Explosive Pie, load the cannon. Two slots, not six, which is the one time a short recipe beats a full Savory tin — because the pie is a grenade, not a $55 sale.

Keep a small Explosive Pie stock for Bombastica and sell the rest as six-slot Savory or premium mixes. Do not sell every explosive tin if your Bombastica is dry before a Blood Moon. Level 3 Overcharge (infinite launcher ammo for 20 seconds, explosion resist) is the wave-clear peak; it still wants pies in the hopper when the buff starts.

Use the Pie Calculator when you are holding Cheese, Radioactive Egg, and three meats and cannot remember which combination wastes a unique slot. Five Star Flavor is a badge; $55 repeating tins are a run.

Slot math is the quiet skill in Bake or Die. Players remember boss names and forget that a one-slot pie stole an oven cycle from a $55 tin. Baker makes that cycle shorter. Bombastica turns two of those slots into a cannon round. Everyone else should still be filling six. If your shelf is pretty and your Cash is not, you baked for screenshots. Fill the tin, park it on the wood, and let the calculator argue about premium meat while the next corpse hits the grinder.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for diner nights, classes, and pie sells.

How much does a six-slot pie sell for?

A six-slot Savory Meat Pie sells for $55. A one-slot Savory Meat Pie sells for $11. Always fill six slots once you have the meat. Check mixes on the Pie Calculator.

What is the Explosive Pie recipe?

One Explosive Meat (Fire Zombies) plus one Zombie Meat. That two-slot pie is ammo for Bombastica's Kaboom Cannon, not a substitute for $55 Savory tins you plan to sell.

Is Baker worth buying?

Baker costs 10 Nuggets and is the cheapest economy class: +50% bake speed, then up to +10% sell price. Buy Juggernaut and Gunslinger first for survival, then Baker if your squad needs a dedicated oven.

Where do Cheese and eggs come from?

Eggs drop from Evil Chicken on Day 6. Cheese and Radioactive Rat Meat come from sewer rats and Biggie Cheese from Day 11. Do not spend them in half-empty tins.

What is Five Star Flavor?

An official Roblox badge for baking a pie with six unique ingredients. It is a milestone, not the Night 2 recipe. Badge Nuggets are covered on Gold Nuggets.

When should I stop baking one-ingredient pies?

After Night 1, as soon as you can fill six slots. Oven time is the bottleneck. Station order is in How to Play.
